As described in our Terms & Conditions, photographs or videos taken during private or group sessions may be used for testimonials, promotion, and advertising; this never applies to a minor without a parent or guardian’s separate consent.

• Business and financial records, such as invoices, payments, and agreements, are kept for 7 years.
• Client records, such as intake forms, session notes, and check-in results, are kept for 7 years after the last session.
• Records for a minor, including the signed parent or guardian consent and release and session notes, are kept for 7 years after the last session or 7 years after the minor turns 18, whichever is later. A minor’s app and check-in data is deleted 1 year after their program ends.
• Session recordings are made only with consent (for a minor, the written consent of a parent or guardian), may be transcribed using AI-based tools, and are deleted 30 days after the session, or when the program ends if the client, or a minor’s parent or guardian, asks to keep them for practice.

You may ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation or to show consent.

We use encryption and access controls to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, correct, delete, or object to processing your data. Colorado residents have rights under the CPA to opt out of targeted advertising or data sales.
