About Megan McDonald
I am Megan McDonald, Founder of Soma-Q, a nervous system alignment practice. I am living proof of the method I teach: it is what brought my energy, clarity, and joy back.
“My passion is to teach foundational, repeatable, and scalable practices that result in you leading from response, not reactivity. To leave your mark the way you were meant to make it. Authentic, compassionate, kind, and unique.”
How I work
Sessions are supportive and free of judgment, so you can try new ways of leading and living at a pace your system can sustain.
Every engagement includes assessment, targeted practices, and weekly measurement, so you can see what is shifting and why.
Practices take five to twenty minutes and stack into your existing schedule, because they are designed for leaders with little time to spare.
The work happens where physiology, emotion, and thinking meet, which is where regulation under pressure is built.
Soma-Q works well alongside the other professionals in your life and never replaces medical or mental health care.
I am clear about what the work asks of you and kind about how hard change can be, so you always know where you stand.
Credentials
Soma-Q practitioners are somatic facilitators and educators; they are not licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, or physical therapists. Soma-Q does not diagnose, treat, or manage any condition and does not replace care from a qualified health provider.
“Meg's presence allowed me to process triggered energy with absolute ease. I felt seen, heard, and supported in such a beautiful, heartfelt way without any pressure. My investment in myself for my next breakthrough decision felt like a no-brainer.”
Every engagement begins with a discovery call: an honest conversation about where you are and whether this work can serve you, with no obligation to go further.
