Not long ago, I was exactly where many professionals find themselves today - stressed, overworked, and disconnected from my own well-being.  This path to burnout, and the recovery from it led to a life-altering decision, which was to retire as a healthcare executive and help leaders learn to perform from a  regulated, sustainable, and authentic way of being.  To drop the productivity narratives and focus on what matters. Without your body and mind working in partnership,  your whole health is compromised and this slippery slope is worth acknowledging, understanding, and learning what you need to live a life full of energy, clarity, and joy.

As the Founder & CEO of Soma-Q, I focus solely on nervous alignment to help high performing leaders continue to do hard things without burning out. With neuroscience and evidence-based research, I have created toolsets to guide clients to full embodied, human-centered and powerfully authentic leadership.
