Today, as a retired healthcare executive, I combine my leadership experience with my passion for well-being to help individuals and organizations thrive. With neuroscience and evidence-based research, I have created toolsets to guide clients to full embodied, human-centered and powerfully authentic leadership.  My gifts include creating trustworthy, supportive, and approachable spaces where people feel safe to explore new ways of leading, living, and working.
